What needs checking before anything is moved?
For a Chelsea enquiry, describe the room and the item that prompted concern. A damaged garment, an insect on upholstery and marks around a bed are different observations. Keep photographs you already have and note whether the evidence is confined to one item or has appeared elsewhere. Do not assume that every possession in the room is affected simply because one object needs closer attention.
Large clear-outs can make an assessment harder to interpret. Explain what has already been removed, cleaned or moved between spaces, without trying to recreate the original scene. The team needs an accurate account of those changes. If you are arranging replacement furniture, ask whether an assessment should happen first and whether the current belongings need to remain accessible for the visit.
