Say what made you concerned
Start with the observation itself: an insect, a mark, damage or another visible sign. Give the approximate time and location and explain whether it was a single event or a repeated observation. If you cannot describe the pest confidently, say so. An enquiry based on uncertain evidence should remain uncertain until enough information is available to assess it.
For Angel pest help, distinguish what you saw personally from information supplied by another person. Their report may be useful without giving you details you never observed. Keep a photograph associated with its original location and date. The goal of the first conversation is to understand the concern, not to test whether you already know the species.
